Amazing customer service from Dion! I came into store at Sydney Myer to look for a suit for my brother’s wedding. Super friendly, great attitude. Did not come out empty handed 🥲
Contrary to some reviews, this place does exist - it's basically a small section at the 3rd floor of the Myers store. A poster says it has footwear but there is no staff there to get them for you, or at least when I visited on Friday at about 6.30 pm. Selection is pretty limited but there'll be something for everyone. The sizing is not quite consistent between specific articles of clothing so I recommend trying them on before buying.
I was quite disappointed with the service at the Myer City store on this occasion. When I asked about an item, the staff member I approached seemed more interested in chatting with her friend than assisting me. I had to point out that the item was already in store and even suggested she check out the back. What made it more frustrating was that the Rouse Hill store had already confirmed the item was available before I made the trip in, so I knew it should have been there.
