Avoid this business, John and Beverly will not be returning calls, emails, forget to file taxes, like it is really bad. I was a client and friend for 20 years and it is not the same. RUN! The old John is gone, he should have retired or hired help. Trust me, you're walking into a nightmare if you do business with them. In 2023 they went 3 or 4 months without replying. This business is incredibly unprofessional. I would not trust my financial future with them. Their CEO also posts horrible things online. I took screenshots from his post from earlier.
John helped me with a complicated tax situation. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and he resolved my tax issue efficiently and quickly. Arlecia the receptionist is the nicest person so kind and supportive. I highly recommend!
