Contrary to the other review, I have never met someone as professional as John. He was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done on time and I could not be more thankful. His coworker Joyce was just as awesome and I recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for saving me during tax season, it doesn't go unnoticed!
This guy should retire. He made errors in our tax returns and cost us thousands of dollars. He waited to the last day of the extension to send me the tax returns and he refused to correct his mistakes. He blamed the errors on me and said he was withdrawing from the engagement. He entrusted one of his clients employees to deliver me all of my sensitive financial data. If I had idle time on my hands I would have his CPA license revoked.
