John Kearns has not been very professional with me pertaining to my Wife's Case.
We hired Mack & Associates to help us with a will. Instead of starting with a conversation about what our goals are or giving any guidance, they sent us a form that they'd use to create our will.We could have used an online tool if that's how we wanted to create our will. Attorney was also late to our first meeting, called us from his car, and rushed through the conversation without giving us any time to ask questions. He completely missed the second (and final) meeting
I wouldn't even give them one star. He never got back to us we made an appointment and he never called us.Then he messaged us that he can't work on our case. Waste of time........
