Bought a John Thomas dining room table from Designer's Choice and their customer service was non-existent. My table had chips when delivered. They fought me on having to fix them and when they finally tried and failed, I had to get an independent wood repair expert to fix the chips. Less than a year after delivery, the seems.in the table began to show. I called multiple times and received no response to replace or correct the problem. i purchased a table and chairs and a coffee table very poor quality for the price the paint chips off we waited 18 weeks for our table and chairs for the paint to chip off and i paid over $5,000 for it they did replace the top for it to do the samething

I called the company to inquire about their furniture and the first representative was really kind and helpful, however unable to answer some of my questions. She transferred me to another representative who told me they don't answer questions for the public and advised me to speak to their reps who sell the furniture and basically hung up on me.
