John lost my son's kindergarten photo. So instead of being apologetic, we have to work around his schedule. So we make a 4:30 appt and he calls us the day of the appt to confirm a 4:00 appt. My wife says no we had a 4:30 appt and he says he has to leave by 4:30 for another shoot. I call him and ask him to call me back and he doesn't. Most unprofessional business I have ever had to deal with, hard to believe he has a business. We asked for a discount and he just offered our money back with out a re-shoot. Responding to the post by Ms. Dana Boyd. Please note we asked MULTIPLE times for people to NOT photograph during our private and paid for photography session. Doing so was a breach of our contracted agreement and yet cooperation was a problem. We apologize for any discomfort you may have experienced while we tried to obtain understanding that photography of our work was breaking copyright laws.

I was taking snapshots of my husband with his friends at his class reunion. The female millennial working for Swentowsky came over to me and told me to stop taking pictures because they were the photographers and I was t allowed to take pictures. I asked her what was she going to do- take my phone away? She told me “ if I I have to yes.” I SHOULD have taken HER picture and posted it on every review board I could find.
