John Sundeman is the most informative CPA that I've ever worked with. He prefers to pick up the phone and have a conversation rather than just hide behind email. All of the information is valuable and always in the best interest of my company. I am so appreciative to have found John, and I continue to recommend him to anyone that will listen!
Worst service I've ever experienced. They are very rude and short with everyone. When speaking with John Sundeman both face-to-face and over the phone, he has been blatantly disinterested, ill-mannered, and impudent.
In response the review posted by Ashley Taylor I would like to share a different experience but first I will address her comments and I do not know her from Adam’s Eve. Obviously, a novice business owner looking for free advice and council from a Professional. Pretty much said so herself. That said, Mr. Sundeman was the CPA for Our Family Business in St. Augustine prior to the death of both my parents and was asked to be Co-executor with my sister dealing with a very toxic estate distribution that drug out for several years.... read more
