My daughter and I was attending the centre to use the pool 19/7/25. Unfortunately, the wait in the queue was nearly 20 minutes, as there was only one person on the desk. The queue stretched out the doors & slightly round the corner, & it was bucketing it down. Aside from that, we had a great time. We were in for about 14:30pm for an hour. There was a member of staff in the changing room, a very kind lady who gave us a coin for the lockers, she was very kind to my daughter & quite welcoming. The gym is so airy, usually quiet with a decent range of weights and cardio machines. The gym instructor staff on duty are friendly and helpful
