I was a first time homebuyer and had a plethora of questions. John got back to me promptly and took the time to call me and explain all of my options on several occasions.John was so very patient and informative. John answered my messages, even if it was early in the morning or late at night to make sure that I was able to put offers in as soon as possible on the house. John kept me informed and in the loop through the whole process.

I inquired about a mortgage with Churchill after listening to Dave Ramsey boast about them in his radio show. Don't believe the hype. I must have had 20 calls from Churchill even though I had a scheduled time. In the end, I wasted my time talking to John, instead of waiting for my agent, and had to let him go so I could talk with bankers who understand the new system of qualifications that FHA, Freddy Mac and Fanny Mae have. He could only qualify me for half of what other bankers who don't advertise manual underwriting can. ... read more
