Churchill Mortgage did a great job helping us navigate the finances for being first time home buyers. John was very helpful the process and helping answer any questions we had.
I inquired about a mortgage with Churchill after listening to Dave Ramsey boast about them in his radio show. Don't believe the hype. I must have had 20 calls from Churchill even though I had a scheduled time. In the end, I wasted my time talking to John, instead of waiting for my agent, and had to let him go so I could talk with bankers who understand the new system of qualifications that FHA, Freddy Mac and Fanny Mae have. He could only qualify me for half of what other bankers who don't advertise manual underwriting can. ... read more
