John did my professional headshot for U of R and did a fabulous job. I hate having my photo taken but he made me feel comfortable and gave me multiple good options. I also appreciated that he showed me the proofs immediately so I knew what they would look like. Very good experience!

My photoshoot with John started with why I wanted the picture, and I felt heard giving the context. Good communication laid the foundation for being comfortable posing. Even with a hearing loss, I could understand what he wanted me to do with my posture (usually on the first try). That led to having confidence in expressing myself and enjoying the process.
