Don’t answer the phone, we have showed up multiple times during said business hours to sign for our taxes. We weren’t ever notified that our taxes were ready to be signed we had to call and they forgot to call us to let us know they were ready. I don’t think this is a one time thing, while attempting to pick up and sign, other customers were in the parking lot stating the same issues. Do better as a business. Won’t ever return or recommend.
I have been a customer of John’s services, for close to 25 years, now. Back then, his office was off of St.John’s Road. Initially, I chose his office rather randomly, after horrible experiences with other, shady (and now defunct) tax firms. Simply put, other tax preparers were over-charging me, for their services.
