I've had variable levels of service, I think it depends on the person you deal with. My first contact with about my will-had no issues with that, all very smooth and straightforward. My second contact was about a house sale-there were hiccups with that, including sending important documents to the wrong address, but generally it was OK. Excellent service
AVOID THIS SOLICITORS!! Worst place for Family Solicitor been ongoing coming up to 2 years and still haven’t got further! Taking our business elsewhere. When you ring they say we’ll get them to ring you back you could be waiting a while because they never do have to keep ringing them! Customer service isn’t there strong point. Basically been told a lot of lies we had a face to face appointment a month ago and was told the next court date is in August but couldn’t remember as they’re diary was upstairs and we were in the room... read more
