True slime-ball. My experience with John warrants a review due to his lack of transparency and extreme unprofessionalism. John straight up lied about the fact that he was going to broker my loan, not be the direct lender. I called him for clarification, and was met with deflection, gaslighting, and surprise that I had any questions about individual fees or who was taking on the mortgage.
