I hired John Muenster to file a Fraud on the Court case. He STOLE the Legal Fund, used to take the case to trail and is now under investigation by the Washington State Bar Association for Stealing Clinet funds. He keeps delaying the Bar investigation.

John Rolfing Muenster’s response: “Response to Douglas, 5-3-2017 Beginning in 2006, I worked hard representing Douglas in an excessive force case against a sheriff’s department. We lost by a 2-1 vote on appeal—a great injustice in my view. After that ruling, we filed a fraud on the court case against the county in question. These are difficult cases to win--ours was dismissed. I felt and feel that Douglas was wronged.
