Poor relationship with loyal customer, not showing up any flexibility and care even after I have expressed my frustration with being charged for full pedicure service without getting it.

after a last-minute cancellation at another salon, i was so relieved to snag a same-day appointment at john robert’s—and now i don’t see myself going anywhere else! from the moment i walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. my stylist, kayla, was such a bright light and made the whole experience even better. she absolutely nailed both my color and cut—I walked out feeling like a whole new person. i couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and i’m already looking forward to my next visit!
