I was truly disappointed with the whole experience with John. From the first meeting and not getting a receipt for my $400 retainer fee to forgetting to submit Form 11 which I realized after the 20 day wait period was not submitted. Not getting monthly statements as per his outline in the pamphlet I was given at time of retaining him. Really lacked in keeping me updated and usually had to contact him.
