Unreliable. They canceled a few hours before the appointment, wasting a lot of preparation that I had done. 2 stars instead of 1 because they were prompt in responding to messages.
John Reilly is one of the most talented photographers I have ever worked with. Not only is he able to capture a nice photo, he is able to capture a personality and allows both of these elements to shine equally in the photo. He is extremely professional and makes you feel very comfortable in the studio.
