this lawyer will loose your case and take all your money and houseI Im shocked that he hasnt lost his license. He lies on his billing, over charges, does minimum work, just bills and when he has taken all your money abandons your case by... slandering you to the judge. If you complain he becomes violent. He even threw a chart at me. needless to say I wish I had been warned. He is the lawyer from hell.
John R Ramos took my money and did not represent or defend me in a probate action. He cost me so much money I could not even sue him for malpractice. State bar was notified and took no action. The State bar does not take action for "Bad Lawyers" As a result of Ramos's action, or lack of, I lost my home, $120,000.00 and my mind. DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER.
