Receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Constantly kept implying about me being "dumb" for not knowing the law for which I came to inquire about. In a very rude and hostile manner. Constantly kept picking up on English mistakes/ terminology use and tried to correct. Don't understand the hostility right off the bat. Rarely encounter something like this at a public offices. John has been our family lawyer for years. Excellent lawyer, very helpful and affordable. Highly recommend! He and his wife are always super friendly and very easy to talk to.
