We used John for my parent's will and trust. Thankfully we did. A few years after that decision was made, my dad died. My mom wanted to sell the house but was told to get a court ordered succession. Since we had the trust, she was able to use his death certificate to sell the house and buy something smaller for herself. John guided us from the beginning until mom was comfortable with lief again. We are grateful we decided to use Estate Planning for LA before it was too late.

Well it’s pretty safe to assume John R Harris isn’t going to do the succession he was paid to do .$517 for a consultation and 1800 to do the papers! No return calls or emails now that he has reviewed the money !

I would not recommend Mr. Harris or his practice. He agreed to handle my succession after my father passed away from cancer. But after six months he stopped doing anything on the case and failed to return emails or phone calls. He assured me he was one of the best in the area but it is my experience that he isn’t capable of maintaining timely services. I’m a single mom with two teenagers and this was an expensive disappointment. Mr. Harris cares about the invoice and payment; not the client or case.
