So my electric recliner stopped working on Sunday, July 26th. July 27th we went to John Paras to see about a warranty fix. 6:15PM same day, the chair is repaired! Appreciate the GREAT service by Debbie!
i bought 8 pieces of furniture from this place. I love it!
We just got a new couch from John Paras on Saturday and from start to finish the experience has been wonderful! Natasha was very patient with us during the picking out process (I had to sit on a lot of couches till I found the perfect one). We had a slight issue with two cushions but they fixed them quickly! Highly recommend getting your furniture from there!
