This review was written in regards to my experience having John Panich as my loan officer at David Yurovchak's Guild Mortgage office and, long story short, after nine months working with him, it was discovered he had dropped the ball, didn't lock the rate in when they were in the low 3%, ghosted me, was likely fired (the office wouldn't specify but had nothing good to say about him) and then the office got back to me with a 6.5% after I bought down something like $20,000 in points.
