This review is long overdue. One of my uncles had passed away a couple of years ago and Mr. Panesko was the attorney who was handling the legalities. Another uncle had been made power of attorney working with Mr. Panesko. Given that the property in question had been in our family for generations my mother wanted to be involved in the sell of the land.
