Charged me double what he agreed on to close on raw land. Only explanation was he thought I was asking a price of something else. Most expensive attorney fees I’ve ever had. Also messed up two different closing documents. One pertaining to my personal information to identify me and the other was an important page regarding the banks fees. Now I might have to kick out more money to the bank. Unprofessional, would not do business with again
