I moved from New York and needed to transfer guardianship of my child to North Caroline. I have tried to contact Mr. Paschal several times over a period of weeks both by email and by phone (leaving messages each time). The issue is to get a court order to release my deceased sister’s auto title (She passed away without a will in May of 2024). I do not believe that it should be complicated problem for an attorney in this field and who should have familiarity with such matters. I actually did not get to retain his services (case was not a case he handles) but i would have! He was soooo helpful and polite. He took out time( which he didn't have to) and helped me understand what type of lawyer I actually needed and answered all of my questions!! If I ever find myself in need of a lawyer that is in his field of representation, I would not hesitate to reach back out to him!!
John was efficient, professional and friendly! Quick to respond. Cost was clear and up front. We needed deed advice and he was great! We highly recommend John!
