I moved from New York and needed to transfer guardianship of my child to North Caroline. I have tried to contact Mr. Paschal several times over a period of weeks both by email and by phone (leaving messages each time). The issue is to get a court order to release my deceased sister’s auto title (She passed away without a will in May of 2024). I do not believe that it should be complicated problem for an attorney in this field and who should have familiarity with such matters. Even if there are obstacles the courtesy of a reply is the proper response from any professional. Sincerely, James Thomas
I actually did not get to retain his services (case was not a case he handles) but i would have! He was soooo helpful and polite. He took out time( which he didn't have to) and helped me understand what type of lawyer I actually needed and answered all of my questions!! If I ever find myself in need of a lawyer that is in his field of representation, I would not hesitate to reach back out to him!!
