I would say that the team is very responsive, transparent, and supportive throughout the entire process. I felt well informed by the time I purchased a home, and I didn’t feel like I was being pushed to make a decision that wasn’t in my best interest. While I have never met the team in person, I trust Josh and John and the rest of the team with such a huge financial decision.
John was exceptional at explaining things and was very on the ball. I would (and will) highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house
