Lowest it will let me leave. Today I was dropped from this office as a client. I was told a demand for payment was going to be pushed for in May of this year. June no word. July reached out was told I would get a phone call.....never got that call. I called left multiple voicemail messages did not return any of my phone calls. Terrible experience, please do not use this company. I closed with them over two years ago and some of the tax bills are still not coming to my address since John filed the deed 10 months later. I am doing a refi now and a lot of the bills are coming up that I never knew existed plus interest - which I think John should pay for. you can check my other reviews. I usually do not write negative reviews unless it’s really needed.

I have been in the real estate business, buying, selling, and flipping houses for over 10 years and have dealt with many abstract companies and closing agency's. John Novak is by far the worst experience I have ever had. His lack of professionalism is astonishing. First he took forever to get a closing sheet prepared, ignored several calls from my agent and went out of his way to be difficult to work with. At closing we walked into a tiny waiting room the size of a closet and where told the closing itself would be held there... read more
