Factually y'all John and Stephen were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process of me buying a home. Several times, I left a message on a Saturday and got a call back in 10-30 minutes from one of them personally. Literally in the middle of getting a pre-commitment letter I and my fiancé found a house we loved, John got us a pre-approval letter that day so we could bid (we were halfway down the road to pre-commitment they aren't just giving them out.).
