Michael was extremely helpful during a time that I was working toward a career transition. He asked thoughtful and insightful questions that helped me think further about the various aspects of my upcoming career shift. I’m grateful for this assistance a few years ago, when he provided a listening ear and guided our conversations in a helpful way to help me process and prepare to implement my plans.

He lead me on a path to healing and now I can be there for others. He is professional, compassionate and positive. I would recommend him to anyone.
Michael Helms is an excellent, caring, and compassionate counselor. He helped my husband and I during the toughest time in our lives, and he recommended a solution that we truly believe saved my husband’s life, our marriage, and our family.
