This facility is poorly run . We had requested a bed rail and an alarm on her bed ahead of time because my mom had a broken hip . When we arrived and I asked Lisa where the alarm and bed rail were she had a real attitude and said she didn’t know. Acted like it was a bother because she had to work over because of our later arrival. Told us she should have been home a hour ago .Lisa is very rude and didn’t even welcome my mother or even acknowledge her when we arrived .
