I recently had a shoulder problem, pain and some numbness in the arm. A friend suggested I try acupuncture, I was a bit apprehensive and skeptical but decided to give it a go. I had some sessions with John Macdonald and was pleasantly surprised. He explained how acupuncture would benefit as well as giving me some exercises to do at home. He said I would need a few sessions to resolve it and he was right. I highly recommend him. Mylen, Vaucluse

Its was my second visit to John for a massage and acupuncture last week. , and i have to tell you, it is the best by far i have ever had. He is very profesional and finds the problem area strait away and then takes his time to work on the areas with just the RIGH pressure, i can 100% recommend him to you all.

I have been seeing John MacDonald for the last 15 years. Never have I met someone with such vast knowledge and experience in Acupuncture and holistic treatments.
