Kids MTB fixed 😊 The chain was continually coming off my son's 20in MTB - much frustration!!! After a few options were talked through and quotes given their mechanic reckoned a new chain ring would do the job. Spot on - did a downhill with it and the bike went perfectly. Good job and great honest advice, cheers guys 👍
First time dealing with John Hanna's, and I'm very glad I went with them for my first ebike. They have a great range of high quality ebikes, and are competetively priced. Gavin was great help throughout advising me on different models, warranties, cycle to work schemes, and servicing. Eventually I've settled on a Haibike Alltrack 6.5 and am absolutely over the moon, the bike is a game changer! I will definitely be doing more business here in the future, well looked after and cared for, and the staff are very knowledgeable.

We're on holiday in Northern Ireland from the Isle of Man. This morning, my wife's e-bike displayed a W011 error, which disables the bike's motor assistance. We're camping at Tollymore Forest Park, and this issue was hardly ideal given the terrain around the Mourne mountains. I called Hanna Cycles, and Gavin talked us through a possible fix.
