John Hicks was absolutely kind and compassionate during one of the most difficult periods of my life. He even met me at a McDonald’s because he knew I didn’t have reliable transportation and understood how much I was struggling financially and in just about every other way. Mr. Hicks and Mrs. Michelle were efficient, informative, knowledgeable and affordable!! Mr. Hicks definitely clarified this process for me as I was a nervous wreck during the process. From start to finish maybe 2.5 - 3mnths tops!! He and Michelle reached out about needed documents, in timely manners. Even tho based out of Flint, we were able to meet up wherever was convenient if needed!!! I would recommend 10x over!! So far score had increased over 100points and even student loans are off my report!!! Hire him NOW!!!!

I would highly recommend them to anyone struggling with debt. Very knowledgeable and friendly office, Great customer service, and always got a quick response to all my questions and concerns.
