Mr. Hicks and Mrs. Michelle were efficient, informative, knowledgeable and affordable!! Mr. Hicks definitely clarified this process for me as I was a nervous wreck during the process. From start to finish maybe 2.5 - 3mnths tops!! He and Michelle reached out about needed documents, in timely manners. Even tho based out of Flint, we were able to meet up wherever was convenient if needed!!! I would recommend 10x over!! So far score had increased over 100points and even student loans are off my report!!! Hire him NOW!!!!

John Hicks office was great! His receptionist Michelle is super helpful and answered all of my questions anytime I called or emailed, and man was it a lot lol! John Hicks was very friendly, fast and efficient with his work and helping with understanding things and figuring out my best option! Definitely recommend going to John Hicks office!!
