It was a pleasure working with Eddie. I had taken my time deciding to make the move to John Knox Village. Eddie was very patient. He kept in touch, but did not try to push me into making the move. When I was ready, Eddie was there for me. Thank you Eddie.

After living at JKV for 2 months , I wish I had moved sooner . Mr Thipphavong listened carefully to my residential , social, health, privacy and financial needs and showed me the options JKV had to offer . I didn’t feel rushed or pressured . He guided me thru the waiting list process. Relocation is a BIG decision and Eddie made me feel respected and supported as I made comparisons and choices . It was a good decision to move here JKV .
