Walking through and the Rehab part seem fine to me. Better than other places like Summit. I've detected no urine or natural gas smells at John Knox.

I worked here as an overnight floor tech (cleans floors) for nearly 5 months. During my first 3 weeks of training, I was placed on mornings. What I saw during those 3 weeks of training was enough for me to realize that I wouldn't even put my own parents in this place even if they were absent/abusive. The staff talk down to the residents, ignore call lights, and rush them to eat their meals. I can recall a specific instance where a resident was wheeled into the restroom.
