Unfortunately our couch was delivered with dirt stains on it. Brand new couch! They offered to come out to try to clean it but when they delivered it they tracked dirt up my brand new carpet so I really didn’t want to go that route again. I asked prior and they said they would not take off their shoes. The staff inside were very nice and helpful though. Definitely won’t be a returning customer.
