Will never buy from this klophenstein. The sales lady (Jen) was rude to my daughter and I when we stopped in to look at table. We get all our furniture from Klophenstein on Lima Rd, even though we have lived 2 miles from the one in Leo for over 20 years..My daughter wanted to check them out and unfortunately she found out the same way we did many years ago that this sales lady is rude! Explains why the parking lot is never busy there!
I found the sales personal to be very ignorant and condescending
I needed help with my new Lazy Boy chair not working. Called the service dept in Leo and talked with Jason. He was able to not only help, but walked me thru the process and we got it fixed. Appreciate the help and patience with a "senior citizen". Best and understandable help!!
I bought a couch a few months ago and they were fantastic to work with! Yes you pay a little more than other furniture stores. However, the quality is great, a better warranty (at no extra cost), and its custom. I could pick any fabric i wanted for the couch and pillows. The salesman was wonderful, no high pressure. Just listened to what I was looking for, pointed me in the direction, and was nearby for questions.
