Purchased a leather sofa and loveseat and a separate chair about two years ago. Very happy with the furniture. We had a few issues with the leather material that was quickly resolved with the assistance of Spencer and JP. Based on these experiences I would have given five stars. Unfortunately, once the extended warranty was in effect and we had another issue, it was a completely different outcome. Unfortunately our couch was delivered with dirt stains on it. Brand new couch! They offered to come out to try to clean it but when they delivered it they tracked dirt up my brand new carpet so I really didn’t want to go that route again. I asked prior and they said they would not take off their shoes. The staff inside were very nice and helpful though. Definitely won’t be a returning customer.
