Jack Smith was recommended to me. My experience with Jack was the worst He is ornery loud and obnoxious. He yelled at me on the phone and told me " You are out of line". Huh a line from a movie. . I sent him an email stating, I thought I hired a Pitbull not a poodle. I will no longer speak with Carolyn, since she has the professionalism of zero. Most likely his sister.
