This is the lowest of the low. Profiting on holding people's precious memories hostage. They charged a fee for having your photos taken at the graduation ceremony and said the photos will be available online the next day. What they fail to mentioned is you'll be paying $279 for the digital copies. No idea how the university allowed these scammers to click pictures. Such a disgrace
Unprofessional staff with poor customer service skills.
Worst photography, worst service, most expensive prices, robbing customers with graduation photos as hostages.
Not enough staff on after graduation ceremony and chaotic ordering system resulting in huge wait times and confusion. There was one staff member trying to satisfy a queue of at least 50 people. The queue for framing was also long, with only one person serving. Very stressful for the staff and frustrating for the customers.
Charged us $10 for our portrait session and $40 for a single photo taken on stage, only to send us a link where I can pay $55 for a digital download link of each of the 22 photos that were taken. I'm a photographer myself and understand you need to be paid fairly for your services, but why would you so deliberately not mention the extra fees that would be added on?
