This is the second property that we have used John Healy and his team. Cannot recommend them highly enough. They really know their stuff and can assist in navigating through anything. They provide all the information that you need to make the process smooth. The trick is to read it and action the parts you need to.
After reading the reviews and an initial phone conversation I was excited to work with John. However, I wouldn't recommend for a first time home buyer. After contract and disclosure statement came through he was very informal (quickly listing things off over the phone for me to write down) and condescending when I asked questions. I thought he might provide advice of things to include or other considerations given his experience but instead told me to "just sign it".
