Was looking for a mortgage broker and came across John on a Google search. This was new territory for me and John was so easy to work with. Met with me and was able to explain the process to me and answered all my questions. He made the process simple and was able to get me a great rate. John is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk too. Taking the time to explain how things work. I would 100 percent recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Great experience working with Mr. Harker. We had numerous difficulties with our lender and appraisal. Mr. Harker successfully helped us navigate all of them and we were able to purchase our first home in this uncertain interest rate environment. We are very satisfied with the entire interaction.
