This company is the absolute worst! I submitted 3 applications to withdraw my funds for financial and medical hardship and they keep rejecting me. These employees are brainless and do not have a clue of what they are doing. The P.O. Box address on the hardship request letter is an OLD ADDRESS. FedEx reported it as "Recipient moved." Dave and Leticia have to be the most Incompetent individuals I have ever had to communicate with. I would advise choosing any other company than John Hancock.
Terrible company, useless employees. I couldn't collect my funds for months. I had to contact them 10+ times for any progress, and I still haven't received my money after a year, I've put in a claim with the department of labor. Don't do business with this company.
