Dave and Leticia have to be the most Incompetent individuals I have ever had to communicate with. I would advise choosing any other company than John Hancock.
Terrible company, useless employees. I couldn't collect my funds for months. I had to contact them 10+ times for any progress, and I still haven't received my money after a year, I've put in a claim with the department of labor. Don't do business with this company.

I had a disturbing experience with JHRS the past 2 days, I am very sorry to say! I am with John Hancock Retirement Services as I was employed with a company which worked with JHRS for employment investment and retirement benefits.
