Horrible product all around.
WARNING: I thought John Hancock was a great company in the financial space and was surprised to see 1.5 stars but the reviews speak the truth. I didn't have choice the matter, John Hancock was my companies 401K institutional provider. Here is my experience. 401K/Roth enrollment was very difficult. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to get my IRA account transferred for over a month. They keep asking for more and more documentation. I am irate and at a loss of how to get this resolved. DO NOT FO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
On-line app is junk. Would not let me set up my beneficaries. Made call to Customer Service. 1 1/2 hours later was told beneficaries would be set up within 3 days. 14 days later NO BENEFICARIES set up. Made another call. Customer Service just as useless as prior call. Could not set up on line. System failure. Go figure.
