Horrible product all around.
WARNING: I thought John Hancock was a great company in the financial space and was surprised to see 1.5 stars but the reviews speak the truth. I didn't have choice the matter, John Hancock was my companies 401K institutional provider. Here is my experience. 401K/Roth enrollment was very difficult.
