Worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to get my IRA account transferred for over a month. They keep asking for more and more documentation. I am irate and at a loss of how to get this resolved. DO NOT FO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
On-line app is junk. Would not let me set up my beneficaries. Made call to Customer Service. 1 1/2 hours later was told beneficaries would be set up within 3 days. 14 days later NO BENEFICARIES set up. Made another call. Customer Service just as useless as prior call. Could not set up on line. System failure. Go figure.
Horrible. Can't get to your money. They won't work with you unless you have a ton of money. Taking now over a month to transfer. No one know what the heck they are doing!!!
