horrible place to work!! Employees are allowed to come in 30-45 minutes late for their shift or not show up at all numerous times without getting fired. The director is rude. The DON talks horrible about residents!!! Food is horrible!!! Employees on night shift are not supervised and when some residents fall on the floor and hollers for 25 minutes then other residents have to hunt for the staff they are outside then the resident that finds the employees gets in trouble by management.
