John was helpful in selecting a recliner that fit me, he explained the controls to me upon sale. He then assisted delivery the next day.He reviewed the controls again, made sure it was placed correctly and put the back up batteries in the chair to use .They removed my old recliner. The quality of the chair cannot be beat! The lumbar support is fabulous! I will be returning there in the future for my needs!

Prices are much lower vs. Saratoga/Albany area. Transitional, rustic, mission, farmhouse, Amish. Worth the trip!
