I called for a consultation and this man was extremely rude. He spoke over me, very arrogant, and just outright rude. Don’t waste your time.
Lives up to his low review. Dismissive and condescending. Cannot be asked questions that challenge his infinite knowledge and wisdom. Rudely hung up on me. Remember, Mr Franco, everyone is a customer.
Called to consult with Mr. Franco on an ongoing matter and he was dismissive, unwilling to listen to me, spoke over and down to me continuously.
