I would not rent from this man. He is a slumlord. He doesn't do what needs to be done to keep his rentals in living conditions. Low class. Ive seen one of his buildings and other rentals and I am shocked the health department even allows him to rent these places. He seems to have no kind of conscience. I will add photos as soon as I can get them.
Apparently he isn’t taking on new legal cases. Phone goes to voicemail and states as such.
