I am extremely disappointed with the photography service I received. The quality of the pictures did not meet my expectations, and when I tried to address my concerns with the photographer, he hung up on me. You were referred to us by your mom which is a close person to our family and yet didn’t have the guts to talk to us directly or even apologize for such a bad work with the pictures. You knew the location very well and knew the day was going to be dark and yet didn’t bring any lights or equipment to make the photos clearer.
