We had worked with this lawyer for closing a newly build house. Builder has asked for \$100000 in advance. We were skeptical about this and we were redirected to John Wiley from Lion Mortgage. Initially we were being told that if builder tries to run away with our money or does not complete work on time we will have option of per diem penalty or take away the house in incomplete state as we had lien on the property.
