Mr. Shiurba was very accommodating when we needed real estate papers notarized for a sale of property in AZ. He came over at night and on a Saturday morning when we were under the gun to get documents back to escrow company for closing.and might I add that he is a perfectionist, checking things twice and three times in a very complicated document!
