John is a great local Sonoma County attorney who is easy to communicate with and gets the job done at a reasonable cost. I recently needed a revocable trust set up ,John and Samantha Vance did a very professional job. I’ve used John over the years for tenant issues and he always succeeds!
There are very few people like this anymore. He is not only exceptional at what he does, but also patient, kind, and genuinely cares about helping people. Guy is an absolute sleazeball. Despite not being a family law attorney, he represented my son's mom on a few of our trips to court for custody. I represented myself one time and he volunteered to write up th summary order after. He proceeded to lie in it, writing in more in favor of his client than the judge had intended. He refused to admit it and I had to hire an attorney because he threatened to file contempt charges against me.
